Type slash+letter in front of what you are going to say to put things in
different channels then your current one:

Macros
You can make macros that transmit a pre-set text:
/macro [macroname] /channel+text
Example is our Strength & Honor salute in outfit chat:
/macro S&H /o Strength & Honor
This will change your cursor to a balloon with S&H that you can put on you
inventory bar. Pressing an F-key with the same number transmits the macro.
